Chef Joshua Dean of Rail & Rye brings his passion for farm fresh & locally sourced meals to our honey farm! Rail & Rye's expert chef & WildFlyer Mead's owner/mead-maker will lead you through the pairing of mead and creative dishes. Each ticket includes a cocktail, appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. Each plate will be served with a mead especially chosen to compliment the dish.
