Honey Tasting

honey tasting

Step up to our Honey Bar anytime during our normal business hours (9-4 M-Sat, 11-4 Sun) and sample over a dozen different honeys. We offer our own local wildflower produced by chemical free honey bee colonies, Organic Hawaiian honey produced on the Big Island, and honeys infused with hot peppers, huckleberry, cinnamon, lime, and more! Honey, like wine, varies by region and year. Taste the difference and know your beekeepers!

Bee Expert Social

Master Beekeeper and Teacher, Lauren Ward, will be ready to answer your beekeeping questions at the BeeGoods Mercantile, and follow up with a group hive inspection. If you need help with your hive or how to start beekeeping, then Lauren's years of experience is what you need. She managed A&M's campus apiary, built and managed the online beekeeping course at A&M, and we are blessed to have her as a part of the BeeWeaver team. Her humor and knowledge will be the perfect combination for having fun learning about bees.

Our store is air conditioned, our porch is shaded with fans, and our bee observation deck is open air with shade. It is summer in Texas but we will make you as comfy as we can!
